Cornerstone HR Solutions (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data shared through cornerstonehr.in, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
From job seekers: your name, contact details, city, work experience, the CV you upload and any information you choose to share. From employers: company and contact details and the details of your hiring requirement.
Why we use it
We use candidate information only to assess your profile, contact you about suitable job opportunities and, with your agreement, share your profile with employers for specific roles. We use employer information to respond to and fulfil your hiring requirement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share a candidate’s CV with an employer only after the candidate agrees to be put forward for that role.
Retention
We keep CVs and application details for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@cornerstonehr.in.
